I work full-time as a Quality Engineer during the week days (remote). I am available on evenings during weekdays and am fully available on weekends. I spend a few hours on the weekends volunteering at the San Diego based Orphan Kitten Club, taking care of kittens soon to be adopted!

My fiancé and I own a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Mission Valley. We have 2 cats in our home; Benito is our young, gray tabby and Alfie is a 4 year old orange tabby who belongs to our friend living with us. Both cats are fairly shy and will probably steer clear of any new friends. We do not have a yard but our condo has a large patio that is the perfect space to hang out and play in the fresh air while being safe & contained. Our cat loves his patio time (on a leash and harness!). Our community has several dog parks and great walking areas nearby which I visit regularly for walks/runs. I can’t wait to finally have a furry partner to keep me company!

A typical day
I love to spend time getting out all the energy of the pets I watch. Even when I’m not watching animals, I go for regular walks and runs in my neighborhood and in the beautiful nearby parks (Civita Park is one of my favs!). It’s a bonus for me to be able to share my time being active with a furry friend!

Growing up, my family always had pets, including a yellow lab and two cats, so I've been around animals my whole life. I've had the chance to care for friends' and family's pets, from cat check-ins to week-long stays with four dogs. I'm excited to meet more pets through Rover and provide owners peace of mind while they're away.
