Availability
I’m a freelance worker with a flexible schedule, which means I can often prioritize pet sitting on days I’m not booked for other work. This makes it easy for me to adjust my availability to fit your pet’s needs—whether for daily walks, weekend stays, or drop-ins throughout the week.

Information Leah d. would like to know about your pet
Is your pet okay with strangers or other animals? What are common signs they’re scared or upset? Do they have any known fears (e.g., loud noises, certain people, being touched in certain areas)? How do they usually react when anxious? (e.g., barking, hiding, aggression) What calms them down? Has your pet ever bitten or shown signs of aggression?
A typical day
In the morning, I usually start with a nice walk (if it’s a dog), followed by breakfast time and chill-out or cuddle time. Midday is perfect for a play session fetch, tug-of-war, or puzzle toys to keep them mentally engaged. If I care for a cat, I’ll break out the feather wand or laser pointer, whatever they’re into!

Passionate Pet Lover You Can Trust
Pet care experience
I've cared for pets since I was seven and have always loved cats and dogs. Growing up, I regularly pet-sit for my cousins' two dogs and my neighbours' three dogs, and I loved it. I was the go-to person for walking them, feeding them, and giving them plenty of love and playtime. I still offer dog walks often and genuinely enjoy my time with them. While I have extensive experience with cats, including raising kittens, caring for seniors, and giving medication, I bring that same attentiveness and warmth to every dog I look after. Whether daily walks or overnight stays, I'm here to make your pet feel happy and cared for.

Reviews
Leah is wonderful.

I would absolutely have Leah walk my boy again—100%! Given his size, I'm usually pretty cautious about finding the right dog walker, but Leah put all my worries to rest. She walked him consistently while I was away for a week, making sure all his exercise needs were met. She did a fantastic job, and I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommend!
Leah and I have been friends for several years, and during that time, she has cared for my cats on multiple occasions, always with exceptional attention and love. She has a natural connection with animals; I’ve even witnessed a friend’s normally shy cat warm up to her immediately, which is rare. Leah is a devoted animal lover and a caring cat mom herself. I would absolutely book her again without hesitation.
