Dogs loved, cared for like my own.
I’ve had dogs all my life, ever since I was a little girl, and have grown up around a variety of different breeds and personalities. I have experience with training strong, energetic breeds including Rottweilers and Staffies, as well as caring for friends’ and family’s dogs over the years. I absolutely love dogs and enjoy getting out for long walks, playtime and plenty of cuddles. I’m caring, reliable and would treat every dog as if they were my own, making sure they feel happy, safe and loved while in my care. I have provided services such as walks, drop ins, and overnight stays from 1 night to two weeks. I can provide all these services and cater to the dog/owners needs, whether that’s on lead walks, off lead walks, shorter/longer walks, drop in for toilet breaks or feeding, and overnight stays to cater to vacation times, every dog is different so I want to ensure your pet is getting the best experience and feeling as comfortable and fulfilled as possible. I work from home Monday to Friday full time, but can be flexible with needs.

I’ve used Leah a few times now to drop in on Santi and take her for walks. Santi loves her! She really is lovely and caring and I feel Santi is safe in her company. Highly recommend!
Leah is so lovely to hire. She is super friendly and really loves dogs. She's active herself so loves a long dog walk and really cares. When we go away Leah often stays at ours to look after our french bulldog. She's very clean and tidy and keeps our pup loved and safe. Highly recommend Leah.

Schedule
I have a mixed week of working from home and meetings on the road, I can fit walks and looking after pets within my routine extremely easy. On the weekends I spend it walking and would love to have a dog to take with me.

Safety, trust & environment
I have experience in training high energy breeds, so patience and understanding comes easily for me, I believe a dog should get a lot of love, new adventures and exercise and would adapt my routine to the dogs individual personality and needs.
A typical day
I will always want to make sure your pet is stimulated and fulfilled when I look after them. Every dog is different so I will cater to all needs. Whether this is long walks around the woods. A nice swim in the lakes, throwing balls, doing training work and stimulating their brains, even scent work!

- To ensure I give your pets the best experience and fill their needs, I will ask their usual schedule, from eating, times and how they’re fed. They’re walking schedule. Are they allowed off lead or always on lead, any Halti’s or harnesses needed. Do they like bringing their favourite toy or ball… would they enjoy some games in the garden, training, tricks or scent work. It’s important to know their likes and dislikes so I can make them as comfortable with me as quickly as possible.
