Pup lover with a playful lab!
As someone who grew up with dogs, I got a dog as soon as my life allowed and have spoiled him rotten ever since then. My boyfriend & I live in a house with a big fenced backyard (and most recently, a kiddie pool for the pups in the warmer weather!). My lab Lincoln loves every dog he meets, and just wants to play tug all day long. For lower-energy dogs, he's content to just curl up on the couch next to them and snuggle. I work from home full time; anytime I do leave, I'm happy to leave your dog out in the living room (my dog has free roam of the house) or crate them. On the weekends, I like to take Linc for hikes, play dates, or just throw the ball for him until he's tired. I love to play with pups and would be happy to host yours! I have experience with behaviorally difficult dogs, and I also love to help train basic obedience, so I'm free to work with them on any issues they might have while they stay with me.

Can’t stress how great Leah and Bailey are. Our dog got sick right before staying with them and there was a lot of last minute scrambling but they were super helpful, kind and understanding of the situation. They were flexible and followed the new care instructions even though it was a last minute change. We’ve used a number of rovers but Bailey and Leah are some of, if not the best we’ve come across. We’ve gone to them 3 times now and will continue to go to them in the future. Plus their dog Lincoln is a good dog and gets along well with others. Would definitely recommend!!

Schedule
I work from home full time and so does my boyfriend, so we have plenty of time to walk and exercise your pup. I work pretty early hours in the morning so the pups generally get up and eat with me, and then go back to bed for a few hours before we go for a morning walk. We usually have a midday play break in the yard and then another longer evening walk. My schedule is very flexible though so open to whatever your pet needs!

I have a fenced yard and am always on guard with interactions with other dogs, at parks, etc. Pet safety is of utmost importance to me and I'll be sure to keep your pup protected!

We walk several times daily around our neighborhood and play in the backyard, and I recently got a kiddie pool for the dogs who like water!
