Hi! I’m Leah, a lifelong animal lover and proud board member of the local Humane Society. I have a soft spot for dogs (and cats, too!) and love getting to know each pet’s unique personality. Whether your pup needs a walk, some playtime, cuddles, or just a little company while you’re away, I’ll treat them like they’re my own. Through my work with the Humane Society, I’ve had the opportunity to be around all kinds of animals and see firsthand how important patience, compassion, and responsible care are. I’m dependable, attentive, and will make sure your pets get plenty of love and attention while they’re in my care. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pets and become someone you can count on!

I’ve known Leah for around 8 years now, and in the time I have known her, she has been one of the biggest animal advocates I’ve known. Rescuing animals from shelters, under cars, on highways, and volunteering her time to help as well, Leah is the perfect person to watch over your furry friends. I’ve had her personally watch over my own on multiple occasions, and never once did I worry that something would happen. Highly recommended, as she will love your fur baby as her own.

Schedule
Availability: I am a graphic designer who is currently working from home Wednesday - Friday. My schedule is pretty flexible those days so I will be able to go on walks and give regular potty breaks.

Safety, trust & environment
Environment: I live in a first-floor condo. We have a fenced-in back porch where dogs can hang out and sunbathe. There is also a nice little backyard area that is not fenced in so we only take them out with a leash on. For cats, we have a big cat tree in front of a window that your kitty can nap on or meow at the birds outside.
Pets
A typical day
Where I work from home during the week, I do have some flexibility so I am able to take everyone out for potty breaks and walks on my lunch break. I would absolutely love a dog to cuddle up to me while I'm working on the couch. If I keep them on the weekends we love to take trips to the local dog parks or even go on some walking trails. (With your permission of course!)
