I currently work as a freelancer so have a very flexible schedule. I usually go for an hour-long walk around lunch, so would beyond love to have a dog pal to explore Leith with. But I'm generally open to what help you'd find helpful!

Let me know what special needs your dog has. I'm used to working with rescues, and general quite anxious dogs so let me know what your dog loves to do and what they are maybe a bit wary of (other dogs, noise, men etc.) so I can avoid those stressful situations for your pet.
A typical day
There's nothing I like more than exploring my surroundings. I especially like the Water of Leith, could maybe even do some foraging with lots of sniffing around and exploring. I also really like the beach and make sure my furry friends get all the exercise in they need!

Hey, nice to meet you, my name is Lea and I love animals more than anything. I grew up on a farm in a small village so now I'm living in the big city, I'm seriously missing a furry friend! Whilst I can't commit to my own pet at the moment, I would love to take care of yours! I've been around animals all my life. I grew up with two gorgeous cats called Minka and Flora but I've always wanted to have a dog. Hence why I started walking all of our neighbours dogs from when I was about 12. From Shih Tzu to German Shepard, I loved going on walks and teaching them tricks. So I could not imagine anything better than a walking buddy in Edinburgh!

Thank you so much to Lea for taking the best care of my cat Rafa. Lea was super responsive, sent tons of daily updates, and she was very patient with Rafa during the first couple of days when he was a bit shy. Thank you so much!
Lea was wonderful with my wee dog, Mackenzie. She managed a difficult meltdown on his part when we initially parted but magically got him to settle at home after a walk and play. She sent me loads of photos to check in, and checked about his food too before giving it to him. She was diligent, caring and careful with him, and I absolutely trusted her with Mackenzie. She genuinely LOVES dogs, so I highly recommend her.
