I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, including staying at a pet owner’s home while they were out of town to provide feeding, walks, playtime, and companionship. I have also helped care for larger breeds, including a Rottweiler. Unfortunately I have not had a good second experience with Lazarus when we arranged for a second session. He completely disappeared for more than 24 hours and disregarded my messages, leaving me no trust to repeat having my pets stay with him. In case you are looking for a sitter who ghosts on you when you least expect it, then Lazarus is the one.
I'm not sure if this gentleman can follow directions or just didn't do what he was supposed to do but I walked into an apartment covered in urine and feces. Enough said.
Lazarus has been an absolute lifesaver for us! We had to leave our super sensitive and affectionate kitty, Lucy, for a two-week trip, and he went above and beyond to make sure she was loved, safe, and happy. Before our trip, he even took the time to follow my safety suggestions and set up a secure net on his porch so Lucy could enjoy the outdoors safely—something that meant a lot to us. Lucy quickly felt at home and bonded with him within just a few days, which says everything about the care and affection he provides. I can’t imagine a better person to board Lucy with for our future trips. Thank you so much, Lazarus—you truly are the best!
Lazarus was amazing with our animals, he clearly loves animals and went above and beyond when taking care of our pets. We’ll definitely be using Lazarus again. He was responsible and timely and asked questions. 10/10!
We have hired Laz on several occasions to care for our two dogs and cat, he has been on time and courteous. We would highly recommend him.

I am a cat lover, so I can only take care of cats not dogs in my apartment and I will make sure she is fed and always make sure everything is safe. I have a patio and I’m OK with the cat going on the counters if they like to jump around and they’re OK to be on my bed
A typical day
A typical day is considered around your pet routine energy level and what makes them happiest morning. She usually starts with feeding some quality time and a walk our place sessions to get the day engage and relaxed. Walks runs and hikes would be based on your performance. We can hit up any and all favorites. I am also happy to add my favorites to the max. I love keeping things fun and varied well still making sure your pet feels secured and their routine In the evenings we went down with more walks are played. Dinner are plenty of attention whenever your pet loves to be active, explore our before a calm cozy date with lots of attention. Tailor the day to them so they feel happy. Fulfilled and well cared for
