Hello! My name is Laynie. I am have been a dog lover for my whole life and grew up with 3 pit bulls that my family raised from puppies to adults. I spent my summers growing up dog sitting my neighbor’s 4 small dogs while they went out of town. Since returning home after graduating college my family and friends have relied on me to care for their dogs. That includes visiting their house frequently, taking them outside, walking them, feeding them, and occasionally administrating their medication. The dogs I have watched and walked range in breed, age, and size - everything from a 15 year old Chihuahua to a young Great Pyrenees! There is no dog that I have not been able to provide exceptional love and care for! I am trustworthy, responsible and more than capable to take on any task!

Laynie does a great job dog sitting for my dogs Sloan and Julio. She pays special attention to their dietary needs and makes sure they get plenty of exercise and attention. They are both always so excited to see her.

I make sure that dogs that I am looking after are fed, taken outside/on walks, and given any necessary medications at the hours they are used to. I follow instructions from pet owners about their animals carefully so that they feel comfortable and just as loved as they do by their owners!
Information Laynie L. would like to know about your pet
It is important for me to know any specific dietary needs/medications the dogs I watch need. Along with that any behavioral issues I should be aware of. I typically only watch dogs that I am familiar with. With that being said, I am new to Rover and I would prefer to watch/walk dogs that are well-behaved around strangers and or be introduced to them with the owner before I am alone with them.
A typical day
After making sure the dogs I am watching have their breakfast, I like to take them on walks in order to make sure they are getting all of the exercise and fresh air that they need!

I currently have a very open and flexible schedule! I am fully available mornings, nights, and afternoons Monday through Sunday! Whenever you need me, I can be there!
