I just started a new job in Boone which means I have more flexibility in the spring/summer, less in the fall/winter. I can commit to short but frequent visits and/or longer drop ins that can include a walk and some play time.

A typical day
I love to stimulate your dog's physically and mentally. We can go on walks in the neighborhood for new smells or adventure to the dog park. Mental stimulation using dog Kongs or lick mats can be used when playtime is over to keep them busy as well.

I grew up with two dogs in my house, a pug and an English lab. I have extensive experience caring for animals and have cared for many pets for neighbors, friends, and family since I was in my teenage years. I am able to walk high energy dogs and have the flexibility with my schedule to spend 30 minutes to one-hour visits if needed.

Layne is an excellent dog sitter and it is evident that she loves being around any and every dog. She took care of my frenchie for several days, and as anyone with a frenchie knows, they can be a handful. Layne is extremely organized, responsible, and attentive, so she had no trouble adapting to my dog’s routine. She was also great about providing updates and asking questions, if needed. I would highly recommend her!
