Please take time to read full profile & reviews. I feel my reviews speak for my service, environment & love! Most of my business is repeat fur-guest! I had over 200 Rover bookings in 2025. Most bookings had a fur-sibiling as well. Lots of dogs & breeds have fur-vacation in my home. I have had Rover bookings for handicap, blind, medical injections such as insulin, bladder expression, diaper changes, oral meds & pills. I will take special request that are not on Rover like farm animals, rabbits, fish, birds & some reptiles except snakes. ****I treat the fur-guest like family & environment is free-roamimg in specific area's. ****Fur-guest have their own sectional sofa with blankets & pillows to relax with over-sized windows to look out & bark at people...LOL ****Also I have a doggy door with access to large fenced back yard & porch. Porch has faux grass & large umbrella with outdoor dog beds for relaxing. If your dog has mobility issues, faux grass is an option for bathroom on my deck... Public boarding facilties are very strict on fees & rules. I am flexible with drop off & pickup times; if communicated ahead of time at no charge... ****I do not allow meet/greet inside my home due to fur-safety. Please wait near my mailbox. Door bells, door knocks, too many visitors at once or loud talking causes dogs in care to get over excited with excessive barking, jumping on my windows & doors. ****It's a safety concern for my fur-guest as well as my home**** ****Fur-kids are monitored closely & I have cameras. If I need to leave for errands, I am always checking the camera. When I spy on the fur-guest, I noticed the dogs are sleeping or looking out the window. ****Cats board on the 2nd floor & have their own bedroom. I have cat tree, litter box & cat toys already setup. ****Some fur-guest prefer to sleep with me & I wake up to multiple dogs in my bed...LOL ****Some dogs prefer to keep to themselves & stay in one spot. Most fur-guest are very playful & love to snuggle. Other fur-guest never play & chill. ****Some fur-guest may have extreme anxiety due to change in environment. Some dogs mood or behavior may change in new environment that you may have never seen... ****Dog introductions to other dogs are very important & montioring the behavior is very critical. Once each dog checks their "passport" & every-fur-one is all good, I allow them to play with each other... ****I have been doing this a long time & know how to navigate each dog's need such as watching body language, moods & any change. If I notice anything concerning, I will let you know. I prefer not to stress fur-parents out with anything petty.... ****Each fur-checkin requires up to an hour to settle in a fur-guest. Some may take longer. Plus all my other duties & keeping up with cleaniness in my home & yard. I don't mind fur-parents follow up; but please be mindful if I cannot respond right away. Some days are more busy than other days & some days I just need a break for myself aka no screen time...LOL ****I love watching dogs play & happy! I like to capture the hallmark moments! I have a You-Tube channel that I will post the video & send you the link. I also offer photo-shoots if your fur-kid allows me to dress them up at no charge... ****If you do not know much about dog behavior or boarding or environment changes, please read on the internet or ask your vet before booking with me.. ****I like to educate new clients to possible stressors so you make the right choice! ***New environments may cause the following: ***Warning****poodle/doodle type breeds are well-known for nerve issues or sensitive bowel or allergies in a new environment as well as high anxiety dogs ****The following may or may not happen**** -not eating -uncontrollable bowel release -extreme anxiety/shaking -mood changes -vomit/diarrhea -constipation -aggression -shy/hide/not social -thunderstorms & rain ****Understand, I am a stranger to your fur-kid, unknown home & other fur-kids in/out. Not all; but some dogs may stay stressed the entire visit. ****They could leave & release the stress build-up when they are back in their own environment. ****If I notice any stressors, I will definitely communicate. ****As a precaution, I require clients to provide the following: -probotics is a must -calming pills; if you know your dog is a nervous or easily stressed -meds; if -pee pads; if -diapers; if -flea & tick treated prior -cleaning wipes; if -required is treats = helps with bonding -if you only feed dry food, I will require a wet option; if needed -I do not require bowls or bed/blankets unless your dog is used to their bed/blanket -providing toys is ok; but some dogs have sharp teeth & accidently may damage. I never allow a dog to shred; but if it starts, I remove the toy & any debris. Ropes toys are very popular to safely play with... -do not allow bone type toys or bone hide chews -tracking devices please put on silent. Constant beeps may cause another dog to stress -require permission to call your vet to verify health; if needed. -require all known allergies to be disclosed in writing. -require confirmation you are aware of possible stressors & have researched or talked to vet. ****Also my back yard has grass plus may have sticks, rocks, roses, pine cones, pine straw that may fall at any given time. Lots of wild birds, squirrels, sometimes rabbits are often passing thru back yard. Some dogs may decide those are toys or food. Dogs are fast & grab on a blink. Dogs can run faster than me... ****If I see anything off, such as dogs playing too rough or humping or obnoxious behavior or shredding stuff, I will tell them to stop. If they don't then I have a specific area for time out! Rare it ever happens...thank goodness!! ****Please make sure you trust your fur-kid & know this is my home vs boarding facility. ****If anything above makes you feel stressed so far, I prefer no stress. Lots of other options... ****I now charge an additional fee if male spraying is constant. Please discuss if known ****Sometimes fur-parents donot pack enough food or requested items = additional fee will apply**** ****Optional if you are interested**** I make homemade dog food weekly includes homemade bone broth with chicken & various combinations of organic peas, carrots, kale, dog friendly seasoning, watermelon, pumpkin, cranberries & etc. If you would like to design a food plan, I offer at an additional charge. ****Rover Costs**** Rover advertises each sitters pricing. I set my fees; but Rover manages the day/time calculations, takes 20% out of my fee & pays me after your fur-kid service is completed. Rover requires you to pay within 2 days of accepting booking. This is NOT my rule. I do not have access to your payment information. If you need to cancel, Rover will reimburse if you change your mind. If you need to modify an existing booking, I have to modify for you to approve... ****I like to be transparent so we have good communication & positive experience... ****Look foward to meeting you & your fur-kid(s)!!
