Comfy couches and lots of outdoors
Both my husband and I have had a variety of animals over the years. Personally for most of my life, both farm animals and domestic pets varying from chameleons, newts, tortoises, dogs, cats, birds, fish… I have trained many puppies over the years. We are currently with no pet in the home, no kids.

Layla was exceptional with her reliable communication, daily check-ins (multiple times/day), and playful spirit resonated well with my active dog! She was so kinda and allowed so much play and for my dog to explore and feel at home with someone who made her feel comfortable and welcome. I can’t say enough good things about Layla. They took amazing care of my senior dog, who is losing his vision and needs extra patience and attention. From the start, Layla was kind, understanding, and clearly experienced with pets. They kept me updated with messages and photos, so I always felt at ease knowing my dog was comfortable and safe. When I came home, my dog was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for which is exactly what we had hoped for. I really appreciated how gentle and calm Layla was in helping my dog navigate their surroundings. I would absolutely recommend Layla as a pet sitter to anyone, especially those with senior or special needs pets. They truly were wonderful!
Layla and her husband did an incredible job watching our older goldendoodle and 6 month rough collie. They provided great updates throughout their stay and it was clear both our pups were comfortable and well taken care of. I would highly recommend Layla to others
Layla watched our pups for over two weeks and we couldn’t be any happier that our pups had such an incredible time. She was kind and patient with them, she sent us frequent photo updates and they had a great time. I would highly HIGHLY recommend her in the future and we will always turn to her when our pups need a place to stay. 💕
Layla is the most incredible person you could find to take care of your dog. She is so warm and loving and it was obvious from our boys demeanor, in photos and when we picked them up, what a good time they had had
Layla is an incredible pet sitter. I trust her with my pets as much as I trust myself. She always treats them like they are her own (I’ve even seen her put her own body at risk to protect my little chihuahua baby). She was also so loving with my chow mix who had a reputation for random acts of biting. Her heart broke like mine did when they eventually passed, and I know that my new golden will be well loved in her care as well. From 8 pounds to 80 pounds to 180 pounds, Layla is great with them all!

Dates de la garde
I work part time out and part time from home. I have a good amount of time that I am happy to share with a furry friend. We have a nice quiet neighborhood that we like to take walks in.

I have a large yard in the woods and on a quiet street but no fence. My house has plenty of space and is pet friendly.

I love going on hikes and hanging out in my yard gardening as well as visiting dog friendly places. I love having a furry companion for those and other activities.
