I specialize in cat care, but I also walk small and medium-sized dogs. I was born in California and raised in Mexico. My native language is Spanish, but I understand English well. I apologize in advance for any grammatical errors or if I am not always perfectly clear in my communication. This is my primary job; therefore, I highly appreciate having time to rest and eat my meals. My primary means of transportation is an e-scooter when the weather is good. I drive carefully, so I appreciate your understanding in providing a flexible time window for me to arrive at your address. 🐾 Updates and Photos 🐾 I document my services thoroughly with plenty of photos of your pet during drop-in visits and dog walks. I will always send proof of food and water bowls, litter box cleanliness, and medication administration (as long as the medication schedule and the furry baby allow it). If you prefer that I only write the updates in the Rover report without spamming you with photos, just let me know! Also, if you notice something is missing in the photos I send, please let me know IMMEDIATELY, and I will be happy to correct it. I highly appreciate it if you share your pet's written care instructions with me—please be as specific as you like! You can send them via message, leave them written at home, or share a file. This helps me provide the best possible service and treat your pet exactly as they deserve. 🐾 Meet & Greets 🐾 I am more than happy to schedule a prior meeting before confirming a booking so I can meet your pet and let them get familiar with me. Please schedule these encounters a few days in advance. I strongly recommend a Meet & Greet before any dog sitting or walking service to ensure I am a great match for your dog. 🐾 Last-Minute Visits 🐾 I can accommodate last-minute visits as long as I have availability in my schedule. 🐾 Locks, Lockboxes, and Door Codes 🐾 I can pick up keys in advance by appointment if you do not have a lockbox or if your building doesn't allow one. Please keep your locks and lockbox in good condition so I can easily access your home. If your doors use a code, make sure it is correct and validated. I have had cases where keys, locks, lockboxes, or codes didn’t work, preventing me from taking care of the furry baby. 🐾 Mail and Packages 🐾 As a courtesy, I can bring packages inside your home during the duration of my visit, provided that you notify me in advance. I am NOT responsible for lost packages, and I DON'T check the sender's name unless explicitly requested. 🐾 Dog Walks Available In 🐾 Uptown, near Uptown, and occasionally North Center. Please ensure your dog is friendly with new people! 🐾 Drop-in Visits Available In 🐾 Uptown, Edgewater, Andersonville, Ravenswood, Lakeview, East Lakeview, Buena Park, Wrigleyville, Northalsted, and Lincoln Park. (However, I have visited many areas, so feel free to ask if I can cover your location. If it is not too far, there is a good chance I can accommodate you!) Please keep your full address updated on your profile so I can accurately review your requests. If your address is too far from my location, I won't be able to provide my services. 🐾 Policies & Disclaimer 🐾 My job for your pet's care begins when I arrive at the place and ends when I leave. I am not responsible if another person enters your home before my arrival or after my departure. If I find anyone there, I will leave immediately for my own safety. About senior pets I follow their routines and medical treatments as you require. Being that they are in a vulnerable stage, the service focuses entirely on their daily well-being; therefore, any health complications or natural events derived from their advanced age fall outside my scope and responsibility. My service is strictly limited to pet care, though I can perform minor household tasks like watering plants. For safety reasons, I do not provide services past 9:00 PM. Thank you for reading!
