Hi! I'm Lauryn. I've spent the my career working in outdoor education and social services. From navigating housing or education goals, to leading rock climbing trips, I love to be a part of creating more interconnectedness in the lives of others. I have always had a deep love of the animals & the outdoors as I grew up caring for cats, dogs, and many other creatures. Instead of watching cartoons I watched animal planet whenever I wasn't playing outside. Animals, especially our pets, are crucial parts of our families and I am happy to provide what brings them joy such as long walks outside, food, & companionship. Aside from working in outdoor education, I'm passionate about surfing, climbing, all things art/design, and making a lasting positive impact in this world.

Lauryn is a great dog sitter! I would recommend her to anyone.
This was my first time using Rover and I was nervous because I'd never left my dog with a sitter he didn't know before –– Lauryn put me at ease right away! She sent lots of updates and pictures and my dog looked super happy. When I picked him up she and her partner told me they loved his little personality and I could tell that Tater was very well-loved during his stay. I will be using Lauryn again for sure!

Lauryn is amazing. 5 stars is truly not enough. She maintained open/fluid communication during our boarding experience by sending updates and pictures daily. In addition to being well taken care of, my dogs were spoiled, cuddled, and loved during their stay. I can’t thank you enough, Lauryn for taking care of my girls ?
10/10 would recommend Lauryn for anyone that needs a dog sitter. She’s a lovely person that loves animals and I will definitely be going back to her in the future. She kept us updated with pictures and I felt at ease knowing Belle was with someone as wonderful as her!

Schedule
I’m very active so I love to bring dogs on walks in the morning and afternoon! My work is done remotely so I am around for daytime cuddles, walks, and bathroom breaks.

Home for me is a sanctuary so I am very respectful of other people’s homes. I love to keep pets comfortabke and loved in a routine that feels familiar to them while their parents are away.
A typical day
I love to go on long walks with dogs, play, and provide lots of cuddles. If your pups like the dog park, we can go explore minehaha dog park or lake of the isles dog park (separated by big and small dogs). Otherwise a neighborhood walk is quite delightful anytime of day.
