Information Laurie "Lolo" C. would like to know about your pet

I previously had an Airedale, and grew up with cats and larger breeds dogs, but after being on Rover for a few years found I've been charmed by all sorts.

A typical day

I like to keep pets engaged and feeling secure away from their home and people. Our house is dog and cat safe and all furniture is within limits. I have lots of toys from various sized dogs and cats. My dog does have a crate that she can retreat to if desired. Typically a quick (sub 15 min) 8 am ish morning walk, breakfast, playtime, longer lunch-time walk and afternoon rest or engaged training, followed by dinner, walk/trip and then play and a quick potty break around 11pm.

I was away for a little over two weeks, and Lolo took wonderful care of my cat, Murphy. She sent me lots of pictures that clearly showed how happy and content he was, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Lolo also kept me informed about any shedding or minor issues like hairballs or throw-up, and regularly checked in about his overall health and wellness. Her communication and attentiveness were incredibly appreciated, especially during such a long trip. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for Murphy.

Lolo was a wonderful and gracious caregiver. Our dog came home relaxed and happy. We’ll definitely want to book her again.

Laurie took such great care of Ruby under very last minute circumstances. Ruby had a blast with Laurie’s pets and she sent videos and photos everyday with an update. It was stressful to find a sitter on short notice and really can’t thank Laurie enough for her flexibility and the relief knowing Ruby was in very good care with Laurie during my business travel.
