Hi! I have owned and loved dogs my entire life. I am a retired nurse, and I was a stay home-mom for 20 years. My two kids have both gone away for college, so now my only "children" are my two friendly terriers. I am also a proud "grandmom" to my first "grand-dog, Muffin. I have lifelong experience caring for a vast menagerie of pets including chinchillas, rabbits, and guinea pigs and fish. My daughter is currently a Veterinarian and through the years I have certainly learned a lot from her. Our genuine love of animals is clearly a family trait! I am looking forward to meeting your dogs and pets continuing to do what I love.

Laurie is an absolute gem of a pet sitter! I can leave my beloved pets in her care without a single worry, which is no small thing—especially since some of them have special needs. She goes above and beyond to ensure they’re not only well cared for, but genuinely happy and comfortable. Laurie is incredibly conscientious and caring, and her communication is excellent. I especially appreciated the thoughtful updates and amazing photos—such a joy to receive while away. I would 100% book her again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!
