I have recently lost my 14.5 year old husky who enjoyed walks every day and all the Rover dogs that stayed with us in the past with Rover boarding. I have recently added service to stay in the pet owners home as well. I love the responsibility of caring for, feeding, cleaning up after and watching dogs socialize and simply enjoy life. One of the most memorable experiences of my childhood is when our golden retriever had 11 puppies. When they were several weeks old, my Mom agreed to bring in one or two for show and tell to my fourth grade class. She couldn't decide which ones to bring and much to my surprise (as well as my classmates), she brought in all 11! I'd love to care for your pet!

I have several years of Rover boarding experience and have recently added service to care for pets in their own homes as well. I am very calm, considerate and safety conscious and can't wait to meet your pet.

Laurie took excellent care of our dog! So much so I don’t think he missed us at all 😂. Laurie updated us daily as I had requested and we were able to relax and enjoy our time away knowing our dog was well cared for!
Laurie was great with my pets! Lady Bird can be a bit selective but warmed up to her quickly. She also sent updates & photos throughout the evening.
We had an excellent experience with Laurie. Our English Setter absolutely loved her! ‘Hope to have her back again sometime soon.
Laurie went above and beyond while taking care of my dog!!!! She did everything to keep Sky safe and cared for. I received lots of pictures and updates on sky's day! Would definately recommend her and hire her again!!!

Laurie was wonderful! We booked her for a few days worth of drop-in visits with our 1 year old dog Luna (40-lb border collie mix). We've only had Luna for 4 months (rescue) and she is incredibly timid and loud around strangers in the house. We were worried going into the weekend that we might even have to cancel our trip because Luna has been unmanageable by just about everyone we've tried to get to walk her. And even with us, on walks she is easily distracted and will try to chase everything from squirrels to grasshoppers. It can be a challenge for non-family to even get close enough to get a leash on her. Laurie was so kind and patient with Luna, and spent so much time with her to gain her trust. She proved fully capable of leashing Luna and bringing her on long walks. We will definitely be booking Laurie again! (provided she would be willing!)

Schedule
I work full time during the week primarily remotely. My weekends are for the most part dedicated to caring for various pets. I have lots of love and attention to give to your pet.
