I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one’s deserved. I bring my French bulldog to Laurie regularly for daycare and overnights. I work two jobs, so I need someone reliable, and she’s been exactly that. My dog isn’t easy. He’s stubborn, anxious, and a lot if he doesn’t trust you. Laurie handles him better than anyone I’ve used, and now he’s actually comfortable going there, which says everything. At this point, it doesn’t even feel like I’m dropping him off somewhere. It feels like leaving him with family. If you’ve got a dog that’s not the easiest and need someone you can count on, I’d recommend Laurie.
As always our boys had a great time with Ms. Laurie. 10/10 will book again.

Laurie is AMAZING with our sweet Lady Mae! Our bay girl loves to stay with her and every time we drop her off, she gets so excited to see Laurie! Will always choose Laurie to keep our baby girl!
So Duke began his Rover journey back in November and he’s had at least 4 sitters between that time- all seem to love him and he them (he loved attention) but Laurie made the ultimate impact. Picking him up it was the first time he cried upon leaving a stay. Laurie was super responsive and kept me abreast what’s going on with my pup but wasn’t overboard either. It appears Duke has decided that he will become an official repeat client. Thanks again Laurie.

I’m flexible and happy to care for your pet at your home or mine—whatever works best for you! I tailor my schedule to fit yours. I’m active and attentive, so your pup will get plenty of play and go home tired and happy. ⏰ Daycare bookings are up to 8 hours, extended daycare hours are available at an affordable additional cost. Grace Period & Waiting Fee • A 30-minute grace period is provided after your scheduled time. •Early drop-offs or late pick-ups must be requested and approved in advance to make sure we can accommodate them. Repeat Offenses & Termination Policy • After three or more instances, Dawg On Board reserves the right to decline future bookings to maintain fairness and consistency for all clients. • Dawg On Board also reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for clients who repeatedly disregard scheduled times or other policies. 🐾 Safety, Trust & Environment Safety comes first, whether pets are in my home or yours. I always schedule a meet & greet so your pup can get comfortable and so we can review routines, personality quirks, and any special needs. For in-home care, I follow your instructions closely and keep doors, gates, and leashes secure at all times. I double-check locks when leaving and never allow unsupervised outdoor time. For pick-ups and drop-offs, I use safe hand-off practices so your pet is never at risk of slipping out. All pet exchanges are done outside for safety. If you would like to do a walk through of my home before booking you must schedule it in advance so I can schedule it around my bookings and family. In case of emergencies, I’m trained to handle medications, transport safely to your vet, and keep you updated immediately. I also keep backup contacts on file to make sure your pup is never without care. My goal is to create an stress-free, trusted environment where your dog feels safe and you feel confident leaving them in my care. 🏡 House-Sitting Bonus When I’m staying in your home to care for your pets, light household tasks are automatically included — such as: • Tidying up pet areas • Washing pet bowls • Taking out trash or bringing in mail • Watering plants Need more help? You can request Extended Housework Service (laundry, full cleaning, organizing, etc.) for an additional charge, which can be discussed and added at booking time.

Walks, playtime, and belly rubs are part of our daily rhythm here! 🐾 I love taking dogs on relaxing neighborhood strolls or fun trips to the dog park. For cats, I keep litter boxes clean and make sure they get plenty of toy time and enrichment.
