I work from home full-time, so all I need is a good wifi connection. I usually work in Toronto time so I'm done my workday by 3:00 Alberta time.

Pet care experience
I have always had dogs and cats as pets - was one of the founding members of the Northern Alberta Society for Animal Protection (NASAP) - have worked as a Board Member of the Medicine Hat SPCA, and worked for a short while at the Ardrossan Vet Clinic. I'm still very involved in animal rescue and care on a volunteer basis. I acted as one of two mentors for the group establishing the Strathcona County Cat Shelter. I also pet and house sit through "Trusted Housesitters" and have been to Nova Scotia and Vancouver through them. I've been asked back to all my sits when they have other dates! I have my Pet First Aid certificate. I work from home, so can simply bring my laptops and work from YOUR home instead. Very reliable and clean and have lots of references. Just love and respect animals of all types - looking forward to meeting your furry friends and covering your needs! Thank you for your consideration. I can’t say enough great things about Laurie. She took care of my fur children for 3 weeks. She sent me pictures and kept me updated regularly. Came home to a clean house I would highly recommend her and will be using her again.
Used house sitting service for 2 nights. Laurie was easy to work with and accommodating. We have a Great dane and skiddish house cat . Everyone seemed well adjusted when we returned and house was clean. Thank you
Laurie was great. Stayed with our fur babies who where happy as could be when we got home. She sent photos every few days so we knew all was good! Would definitely use Laurie again for our dog sitting needs.
Laurie watched our two dogs and cat in our home and she was amazing! She kept in touch with updates and pictures and we were could tell they were in great hands which helped us relax and enjoy our trip! Highly recommend!
