I bring more than 25 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and other pets, along with the perspective of a lifelong pet owner. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else because I've been in your shoes. Unlike sitters who are away for most of the day, I work remotely as a licensed professional counselor, so I'm home throughout the day to provide companionship, supervision, potty breaks, playtime, walks, and lots of love. Your pet won't just be checked on—they'll have someone present and attentive. My professional background has also strengthened the qualities that matter most in pet care: patience, reliability, communication, and the ability to understand individual needs. Every pet has a unique personality, and I take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I treat every pet like one of my own because I know they're family. My goal is for you to enjoy your time away knowing your pet is in loving, capable hands.

Whether I'm caring for pets in my home or yours, my priority is making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, preferences, and personality so I can provide care that's as consistent as possible with what they're used to. I provide fresh food and water, regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, exercise, and plenty of affection and companionship. I also pay close attention to their behavior, comfort, and overall well-being, making sure they receive the attention they need while you're away. When pets stay in my home, they'll enjoy a clean, comfortable environment with plenty of opportunities for exercise and enrichment. My apartment community features beautiful walking trails, multiple walking paths, convenient pet waste stations, and a dog park all within walking distance, making it easy to provide frequent walks, outdoor time, and plenty of mental and physical stimulation. My goal is for every pet to feel happy, relaxed, and right at home while you're away.

I’ve known Laurence for many years, and I can’t recommend her enough as a pet sitter. One of the things I admire most about her is the love and dedication she has for her own pets. She treats them like family, always making sure they’re happy, healthy, and well cared for and that same level of compassion carries over to every animal she looks after. She took exceptional care of my senior dog, who needed extra patience, attention, and understanding. She kept me updated, followed all of my dog’s routines, and made sure she was comfortable and loved every step of the way.
