In terms of house sittings, I am very mindful of the routines put in place for them, and it is helpful to know their preferences in terms of contact, food, and sleeping arrangements. Additional Info to Know: Allergies/Food Restrictions Medication: dosage and time(s) of dosage Likes: playing fetch, belly rubs, etc. Dislikes: fireworks, other dogs, etc. Behavioral Concerns: separation anxiety, leash puller, reactive to sounds/other animals/passersby etc. Policies & Promises: (*) Please note any additional house sitting needs beyond caring for your fur baby would be additional surcharge(s), which I am happy to customize accordingly :) In the past, this has included taking out the trash cans and recycling bins, dusting, checking mail regularly/receiving large packages/requiring signature, and watering plants. I ensure that your house is left just as you had left it, which includes but not limited to cleaning any used dishes/glassware and maintaining overall cleanliness as you can expect 5-star guest experience from my 8 years on Airbnb as well. (1a) It is strongly preferred if a Meet and Greet is scheduled prior to the stay so we can review routine, supplies, house rules etc and connect in general further. Historically, I just have done Meet and Greets after the booking is confirmed due to paw parents' preference and I understand their limited availability especially before a trip, but I am happy to arrange for a 20-min complimentary Meet and Greet prior to confirming the booking, especially if your fur baby needs to check me out themselves first and I get their sniff/lick of approval :) (1b) The Meet and Greet need not always happen though, and I have been very appreciative of paw parents who leave a detailed guide/instructions/house manual for me if we were unable to happen to make a pre-visit happen. A phone call prior to the stay can be helpful as well for review of relatively simple fur baby needs and minor house rules. (2a) Please also note that while my Rover rates are usually as listed based on my years of experience and depth of expertise with various fur family's arrangements and needs, I am happy to discuss what may be a more affordable rate for you and see if we would still be a good mutual fit. (2b) I also do my best to maintain my Rover calendar availability, but please also feel free to discuss with me any dates you would like me to consider for your needs, and I am also very amenable to adjusting my rate for extended stays (4+ nights). (3) Please also note that given my commitment to 5-star quality care, I am only able to accept House Sittings for up to two pets max. I have cared for mixed households as well with dog and cat siblings alike and still love the dynamic duos :)

I am always ready for play and companionship, being very comfortable with active dogs who need their exercise and getting their Zoomies out + clever cats who need the stimulation and attention when not taking their afternoon cat naps :) For your puppers in particular, I love going on walks in the local neighborhood from my athletic background as a swimmer and cross country runner, and I make sure to check whether you are comfortable with us meeting and interacting with other dogs, whether at dog parks/runs or on neighborhood walks. When spending time with your kitty at home, I give them the space as they need and give them all the head pats/massages and play with their favorite toys (e.g. chutes, fishing poles, plushies) while ensuring their living/litter box areas are clean and to their liking.
