Lauren is an absolutely wonderful pet caregiver and someone we trust completely with our cats. She has cared for them for years, and her genuine love for animals shines through in everything she does. Before we leave them in her care, she always asks what toys, games, or activities they are currently enjoying so she can make sure they get plenty of the things they love while we are away. She doesn’t simply stop by to take care of their basic needs, she spends real time with them, and makes sure they feel happy and comfortable. One of the things we appreciate most is how she keeps us connected while we are away. She sends tons of pictures and updates us on their moods and personalities, which truly makes us feel like we aren’t missing a thing. She understands that being separated from your pets can be stressful for both them and their owners, and she goes above and beyond to make that time easier and less upsetting for everyone. She is trustworthy, dependable, compassionate, and incredibly attentive. We feel completely at ease knowing our cats are in her care, and any pet parent would be lucky to have her as their Rover caregiver!
