Hey there! I’m Lauren, part-time corporate girlie, full-time animal lover. I’ve been working with animals since I was 17, from veterinary hospitals to boarding kennels. I spent over 7 years as a vet tech in sunny Florida, and another 3 years professionally walking dogs all over NYC. These days, I’ve traded my walking leash for office coffee, but I still miss hanging out with furry friends. That’s where you (and your adorable pet) come in! I am fully available for pet sitting and occasionally available for weekend walks (dependent on demand and time of year). I’m especially great with senior pets, pets with medical needs, and those quirky, lovable weirdos we all adore. I’m super comfortable giving meds, caring for special needs animals, and providing snuggles (if invited). You’ll get plenty of updates, cute pics, and peace of mind knowing your pet is safe, cared for, and probably being spoiled. So I look forward to meeting you and your pets! Please Note: I’m currently not accepting puppies/ kittens or dogs under 18 months, dogs with known animal/ people aggression or major behavior issues. I want to make sure every visit is safe, low-stress, and enjoyable for everyone including your fur baby.

When I’m staying in your home, my goal is to keep things as normal and stress-free for your pet as possible. I follow their routine, give them lots of attention, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable in their own space. Whether that means sticking to specific feeding times, keeping up with walks, or just hanging out on the couch for cuddles, I’m all about helping them feel like you never left and that they have a new friend!

Lauren did a wonderful job taking care of my dog Indy over a long weekend! She was responsible, communicative, and sent really adorable updates on what Indy got up to while I was gone. Will definitely think of her again for future Indy needs.
Lauren took great care of my dog Indy in my home for a week. She was so responsive and provided great updates and Indy really seemed like he was living his best life during my trip.
Lauren always takes fantastic care of our dog, cat, and home whenever we’re away. Her daily updates and photos are hilarious and I know our pets are always in great hands. She’s a great communicator and extremely reliable.
Lauren was so great with our cat! She is usually wary of strangers but she was in Lauren’s lap in no time! She provided detailed updates and pictures daily too!
Lauren was super helpful looking after Mouse last minute after he had a health scare! She checked in with me each day and gave me updates to assure me he was doing well.
Lauren was delightful! She took great care of our dog and cat and left our apartment in great shape. She’s an excellent communicator and was very reliable.

Schedule
Although I currently work full-time with a remote schedule, I have plenty of flexibility built into my days, especially for pet sitting. Unless indicated otherwise, my weekends are free as well.
