Nanny of Kiddos and Doggos
Over the years, whenever I was not doing my regular job as a freelance writer/editor, I've worked as a nanny with a penchant for dog sitting. I've gained experience playing/feeding/clean up for a variance of up to 2 to 5 dogs at a time, as well as cats, fish, birds, and even axolotls! I've adapted to different temperaments, whether standoffish or aggressive or cuddly. For dogs, I've known Rottweilers, Great Danes, Terriers, mutts, and more. I get attached pretty easily to the lil ones I look after. I'm there to help for the long haul once I have that connection. My schedule is generally open to whoever in need, but I'm willing to be exclusive to owners who need regular sitting.

I personally am the owner of a very skittish cat, so I treat every other animal I encounter with the same love and patience as I do her.

Lauren worked magic with my shy senior cat, who hides from EVERYONE. But Lauren won her over right away with patience and empathy, and I was delighted to get updates showing my kitty cuddling, playing and feeling safe and loved during my absence. Lauren left my house perfectly clean took great care of my cat. I'm glad I found her and would hire her again.
Lauren is a kind, caring soul. I use her to watch my dog and 2 cats. She is very responsible. My dog loves going on walks with her and she even sends me cute pics of my furry babies. Highly recommend her. Such a gem.

Schedule
I'm a remote freelance writer, so it is very easy for me to transition between that and pet-sitting. As a result, too, I am available at a very last minute's notice.

- As I have a pet myself at home, I generally like to know that anyone's pets I will be taking care of are up to date on their vaccines and if they receive flea and tick medication prior to arrival. My indoor cat is up to date on both.
