I make sure my pets are doing well at all times. If they have gunk in their eyes I make sure to get a tissue and remove it. I trim their nails and make sure my fluffy babies are in good condition. They have regular vet visits and I make sure they keep a healthy and maintained weight. When I have watched other animals I make sure I stick to the routine that the owners have given me and if I ever have questions or concerns I make sure to run that by the owner so that they are aware of their pets conditions while the owner is away.

It’s helpful to know what meds they’re on, what conditions they may have, if they’re more timid around men or women. If they have been abused before or are scared of certain items around the house.
A typical day
I love to play outside with dogs and play tug a war. Taking them on walks is always fun and letting them explore outside. Inside the house I make sure they get lots of love and I’ll cuddle with them if the dogs are comfortable with that. Fetch is one of my favorite things to do with dogs and making sure they are having a ball when they’re outside.

Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs since I was very young and have always cared for animals. I worked at a vet clinic as an assistant for 2 years and have watched over friends and family’s houses with their pets. I do well with dogs and cats. I will treat anyone’s pets as my own with lots of love.

Lauren is a great sitter! She is attentive to the dogs and to our home while we were away. You wouldn’t have known she was even in the house! The dogs were well taken care of and loved. Lauren is very easy going and communicated with us throughout her stay. We will definitely have her back, the pups have a new friend.
Lauren did a great job taking care of my two dogs and one cat! Having someone who cares about animals sure lets me have a relaxed vacation with no worries.
We really appreciated working with Lauren! She was easy to communicate with, sent us pictures of our pets while we were gone, and made us feel really confident that they were being taken care of well. I highly recommend working with her.
Lauren did an amazing job when she sat our pets. She left the house exactly has we had left it before our trip. She would update us with pictures on how the pets were doing throughout our trip and made sure to ask us when she had questions.
