Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs since 9 years old. I have a family dog that’s an English setter, that is a hunting dog. I am extremely good at training dogs and watch several currently. Most of the dogs I’ve had experience with are labs, golden retrievers, and pit bulls. All last year I was a caretaker to a 15 year old black lab that I helped take care of since a puppy. I saved his life from a bad injury and disease progression. His rehabilitation required a lot of strict rules and many medications. That taught me to be very cautious and understanding with any special needs pets.

Lauren was amazing! Our dogs love her! She took such great care of our 3 pups and kept us in the loop at all times. This was our first trip away from them in Michigan and she made us feel at ease knowing they were in great hands. We will definitely use Lauren anytime we need a sitter!
Lauren was great with my 2 recently rescued German Shepherds. They are a handful but she is very knowledgeable about dogs. They loved her. She sent pictures during her visits that gave me comfort that my dogs were well taken care of. Highly recommend her.

Please let me know in detail if any dog has any sort of medications or specific needs. Every dog is different and has their own routine which I try to follow so they are the most comfortable. I find it ideal to leave a sheet of paper with details for best care of your cat/dog so there is clear communication and little room for error.
A typical day
I am a firm believer of giving any dog a bunch of exercise. I try to at least 2 miles a day with any dog I walk depending on their energy level. I give lots of attention, love and play time.

I’m currently a college student. My class hours are at random so that allows me a lot of flexibility and time in between classes and studying.
