I’ve been caring for cats since I was 12, and I’ve loved them my whole life. I grew up with cats, and helped care for them through all stages, especially through their senior years. Today, I have a massive, lovable tabby who keeps me on my toes. I specialize in cat care and treat every cat as if they were my own. Whether your cat needs playtime, medication, a clean litter box, or just some extra affection, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I'll even bring my own laser pointer!

Lauren is great! My kitty was on medication and she had no problem giving it to him . Also, very flexible. You can tell she truly loves animals!
Had Lauren for a few checks on my slightly feisty cat. She was awesome! I spent a lot of time at the intro meeting warning her about all of my cat’s little cues and danger signals, but I realized pretty quickly that she’s very attuned to their body language - definitely better than me. Anyway, everything went perfect and Lauren’s kind treatment of my little pet made him very happy and relaxed while I was away. She sent pictures of him and they were all action shots so she wasn’t just feeding him and leaving, she was hanging with him a little which is super nice. Give her more business! 100%
Lauren is an excellent pet sitter. She gained our cat’s trust very quickly (even the introvert) and followed all of our instructions. Our cats are always so happy when we get home after Lauren watches them. Lauren is also very communicative. I highly recommend her!

I have a flexible work schedule, and so can make plenty of time for your kitty! Let me know your feeding schedule and I can adjust.

I am very conscientious of your space (and your animals as well). When caring for cats in a client’s home, I make sure to keep their routine as consistent as possible. I’m also comfortable administering medications if needed. I respect each cat’s unique needs and temperament, and I always make sure they feel safe and cared for while you’re away. I also keep clients updated with photos and messages, so you know your cat is happy and well looked after.

A typical day
I'll make sure your cat gets the sort of attention it wants - I am accustomed to reading body language and letting a cat come to me on its own terms. We can play with any of their favorite toys, sit for head pats, or just exist in the same space - whatever the cat wants!
