Hi, my name is Lauren and I am a 27 year old South African living in SW London with my partner, Tristan. We do most of our pet sitting together, so your pet often gets double the love and attention. I’ve grown up in a house full of dogs, and they’ve always been at the centre of my family’s life. I have experience with many different breeds, particularly rescue dogs, and I’m very comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities and needs. Tristan grew up with both cats & dogs and has extensive experience caring for cats, so we’re equally happy looking after both dogs and cats. In addition to our own pets, we’ve cared for animals belonging to friends, family, and a number of regular Rover clients here in London. We genuinely love spending time with animals and treat every pet as if they were our own. We look forward to meeting you and caring for your four legged friend.

Schedule
I currently work from home during the week, which means I’m around most days to walk, care for, and spend time with pets throughout the day. I love making dogs a part of my daily routine, whether that’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company. Tristan works in the office most days, but helps with pet care on the days he is home and on the weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
We don’t currently have any pets with us in London, as they are with our families in South Africa. We are very comfortable caring for dogs and cats in their own homes, where they can stick to their usual routines and feel relaxed. Our current flat isn’t pet-friendly as it is fairly small with no garden. We do sometimes look after small dogs in our apartment if needed.
A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks in parks nearby. I also enjoy throwing a ball and taking a jog with the dog if they are able to do so.
