Right now I’m working 4-5 days a week. With this in mind I’m may not be available at specific times during the day. I would still be able to drop in before and after work. If you’re flexible with working around/with my work schedule, I’d be thrilled to watch your pets!

I’m happy to do whatever you’d like in regards to pet care. If they need to be crated I’m happy to do so. If they roam free or are kept in a certain area I’ll do that as well. We have a dog that likes to escape, so if accommodations need to be made when taken outside I completely understand the importance of that.

I’d like to know how your dog is on a leash ahead of time. Knowing this helps me be prepared for how to handle them on walks or even if playing in a safe non-leash area is a better option. I’d also like to know if there are any medications and how you typically administer them. Any other accommodations for senior or special needs pets is also very helpful to know ahead of time as well.

On a typical day I’d plan on making sure food and water are provided/taken care of first. I’d then make sure to spend some time letting their energy out. This could either be by playing with toys or going on a walk and/or spending time outdoors. I’d then follow that up with some love in the form of pets and scratches.

I’ve lived with animals my entire life. I’ve had dogs grow from about 1yr old until elderly age. We recently got a puppy and I’m now familiar with that experience as well. I love all ages and the challenges that come with each. We’ve typically had larger dogs and I’ve always helped bathe, walk, and play with them. I’m not as familiar with cats, we haven’t had one since I was little. I have cat sit for some friends recently though and absolutely LOVED the experience.

Second time booking with Lauren! She did a fantastic job and my anxious cat got along SO well with her.
So thankful for Lauren taking care of my cat and two fish for over a week! She did a great job, communicated with me as needed, and was also very thoughtful.
Lauren was absolutely amazing! She sent me pictures every day and updated me on my cats. She even went out of her way to stay longer to play with and make my cats more comfortable with her! Would definitely recommend her to care for your fur babies!!
