I’m a lifelong pet owner with experience caring for dogs and cats of all sizes and ages. I previously worked at a veterinary clinic, where I cared for pets with a wide range of needs, including feeding, walking, medicating, and supporting animals that were injured, anxious, or recovering. I treat every pet like family and aim to keep them happy, comfortable, and well cared for in their own routine. At home I have a 3-year-old Great Pyrenees who is dog reactive, so I’m very familiar with handling animals with behavioral needs and using patience, structure, and awareness to keep everyone safe and comfortable. I also work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I’m available for drop-in visits and walks on most weekends and holidays. I’d love to get to know your pet and make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away!

Lauren is amazing and I highly recommend her! She was great with our two dogs - especially with the one that is nervous around people outside of our family. She took great care of them, played outside with them every drop in, and communicated with us each time and sent lots of pictures. Were already planning on using her again for our next trip!

We had a wonderful experience with Lauren and would absolutely recommend her! Our cat, Coco, can be unaffectionate at first, but she warmed up to Lauren. We received regular updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away.
Lauren was absolutely fantastic watching Rupert! She sent drop-in updates every day, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. She took excellent care of both Rupert and the house — everything was seamless and perfect from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will 100% be rebooking her in the future. Highly recommend!
Lauren is awesome! She brings her dog for walks with mine so they both get lots of play time. She takes amazing care of my beast :)

I work from home, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine and allows me to be very flexible and attentive. I’m able to take breaks throughout the day for walks, playtime, feeding, and check-ins, and I can adjust my schedule to meet each pet’s specific needs. I’m available for drop-in visits and walks on most weekdays and weekends, as well as most holidays. Because I’m home often, pets in my care get plenty of supervision, attention, and consistency throughout the day.

In my home, I provide a calm, structured, and pet safe environment for both dogs and cats, with a fully fenced yard for supervised outdoor time for dogs. I take introductions between animals slowly and thoughtfully based on each pet’s comfort level and temperament, and I make sure cats have their own safe, quiet spaces to relax. Because I have experience with a reactive dog, I am very mindful of body language, boundaries, and creating a low stress environment for all pets. I can separate animals when needed to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. In clients’ homes, I prioritize maintaining your pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, litter box care, and any medications, so they feel secure in their own space. I am attentive to home safety as well, such as locking doors and securing leashes or harnesses, and I always provide updates so you know your pet is happy and well cared for.
