Lauren has been an absolute lifesaver for our household! Managing four dogs (3 shih tzu's + 1 collie) is no small task, and she handles it with so much patience, care, and genuine love for each of them. Every dog has their own personality (and quirks), and Lauren takes the time to understand and accommodate each one. She’s reliable, communicative, and always keeps us updated with messages and photos, which gives us total peace of mind when we’re away or busy.
