I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a young child. I have experience with puppies, large and small dogs, and cats too. I house sit for all of my friends when they leave town. Whether it’s stopping by to check on kitties or staying in home to watch the pups, I’ve done it all! I just love animals and enjoy taking care of them.

I cannot offer care in my house, all care provided would either be outside (for walks/play) or inside your home. I can offer to either come by at your requested times or I can stay in-home during your leave.

Our previous Rover sitter flaked out on us right when we already left for our trip. Lauren stepped and cared for my pups. She was so understanding of the situation and had genuine concern for the care of the pups. I highly recommend and would request her again!

During one trip, we had an emergency with one of our dogs, and she immediately stepped in, took our dog to the emergency vet, and made sure they received the care they needed until we could return. Our pets love her, and we are incredibly grateful to have found someone we can trust completely with both our animals and our home.
Lauren housesat for Zoe (Our Cavapoo) & gave her AMAZING CARE! Zoe had a wound that required extra attention. Lauren changed her bandage, cleaned it & gave her meds. She needed more meds & Lauren picked them up at the Vets! We felt VERY comfortable with her on our home. Lauren kept us updated on Zoe & sent us pictures. Zoe loves Lauren!
Lauren is amazing! She communicated regularly and sent pictures to us throughout our vacation. Our dog was well cared for and happy when we got home. We will absolutely book with Lauren again and recommend her to our friends!
Lauren is absolutely amazing! She watched my cat Oliver, when I'll went out of the country this past summer. We met first and she got along great with Oliver! Throughout my trip, she gave frequent updates and stayed in communciation about how he was doing, I never had to worry and he did the best he's ever done while I was away! She was so helpful!
Lauren is the best! I cannot recommend her enough as a pet sitter! She truly goes above and beyond to make sure my cats are happy, comfortable, and well cared for while I’m away. She doesn’t just stop by to feed them — she takes the time to spend quality time with them, gives them plenty of attention, and always sends the sweetest photos and updates, which gives me so much peace of mind. One of my cats is more shy and takes a little extra patience to warm up to people, and she has been incredibly patient and understanding with her. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about each animal’s individual personality and needs. I always come home knowing my cats have been loved and cared for just as if I were there. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, caring, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile for your pets, I would recommend her 100%!

Schedule
I am a full time student in Lawrence, KS and also work as a part-time float medical assistant around the Kansas City Metro Area. I work on Mondays and Fridays from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (This is the maximum amount time I would be away from your pet). My classes are on Tuesdays 9:30 AM - 3:15 PM and Thursdays 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM out in Lawrence, KS. I’m essentially off on Saturdays, Sundays, and Wednesdays (except for exam weeks - I have to go to campus for an exam). I will make myself available as possible for your beloved pet within these limitations.
