Pet care experience
The weirder your pet is the better!
Hi! I am 39 years old and moved to Michigan two years ago! I have over 20 years of experience caring for dozens of dogs and cats, including 5 years on Rover, as well as 3 years volunteering at One Tail at a Time, a local dog rescue in Chicago. I've cared for dogs and cats from 8 weeks old, up until they've reached the rainbow. Repeat clients who become best friends are my favorite, but I am also happy to drop in and help for a short or last-minute absence. I find it so rewarding when I can make dogs feel as comfortable with me as they are with you!

Ratings and reviews
Lauren is great! I booked Lauren to watch my dogs& cat while in Alaska. Last minute, I needed additional days and she was able to accommodate. We lost power for a couple days and she went above & beyond by offering to bring my freezer food & my pets to her house for some AC. My pets loved her and she gave frequent updates. The house was spotless when I got home and she even offered to wash the sheets before I got home from vacation. My dog recently had 14 teeth removed and she was cautious and checked them for me without being asked. I can’t recommend her enough!
Lauren is always so good with our dogs. She is kind to them and treats them like the spoiled dogs that they are. :) If you are looking for someone to look after your pets, Lauren would be a great option.
Lauren has now babysat my 4 cats several times and each time she does an excellent job. My babies love her, she keeps me updated with the cutest photos and does little extra things like bringing in the mail and packages. She is trustworthy and dependable and we love her!
Lauren always does such a fantastic job when watching our pups. We know our pups and house will be well taken care of with Lauren. She walks them and sends regular updates and makes us feel so comfortable leaving them in her care!
Lauren was awesome with our dog, Frankie. He’s a little bit of a weirdo and really big so it can be hard to find someone to love on him the way he deserves but Lauren rose to the occasion! We came home to a clean house and a happy dog. So glad we found her!
We loved having Lauren take care of Halo. She was wonderful!!
