Hello Pet Lovers! My name is Lauren and welcome to The Ruff Life Hotel! I am flexible and service all over the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Your pets feel more comfortable at home? No problem, I can come to you. :) I am currently fully remote at my main job, Mon thru Fri. I just pack up my laptop and go where the pet sitting takes me. I have been caring for animals via Rover for 10 years now (2016). I welcome all dog breeds and small critters. I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies!! :)

I reside in a gated townhome community in east Fort Worth. My home has a backyard area and there is a dog park within the community. My preference is house sitting, but boarding is a secondary option for emergency bookings. Your animal will be fully cared for in your home or mine with plenty of exercise and cuddles.
Ratings and reviews
Lauren was perfect for our Rose. Rose is an elderly Jack Russell who is not in the best of health. She is also a VERY picky eater. Lauren took such excellent care of our girl and indulged her picky ways enough that she did not loose an ounce while we were gone. Moreover, Lauren took excellent care of our indoor and outdoor plants during some very hot, dry conditions. And finally, Lauren was superb at communicating with us about Rose, the plants and the yard. One last thing about Lauren, she’s just super nice. We were so impressed. You will be too if you’re lucky enough to have her care for your 4-legged family and or home.

Lauren was the absolute best, In 12 years my dog hasn’t left my side other than with family, I’ve never used a service before. Lauren made me feel very comfortable about being in my home and taking care of my Large elderly dog. She gave daily updates and photos of her walking Rossco and playing with him. She was a Fantastic sitter and is highly recommended!
Lauren is excellent with the dogs. Kept us updated throughout the stay. Sent pics and had fun with them. Will use her every time we need a sitter.
Once again, Lauren offered great service. We know we can rely on her to keep the animals happy and the home in order.
Once again, Lauren provided excellent service. They animals love her and I know the house is in good hands. She even stayed an extra night when we got stuck due to weather delays!

As a remote state employee, I am completely open on weekends and holidays. My main preferences are house-sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking.
