Throughout college I dog sat to collect some extra cash on the side and learn about different neighborhoods in Chicago! I am used to dog sitting big dogs like golden retrievers and a golden doodle puppy, but I grew up with with a miniature schnauzer and then a rescue pup! In the past I have done small stays like 1 or 2 days, and I just finished a 10 week stay with two senior labs. I am comfortable with cats and dogs, I grew up on a farm so I have a lot of basic vet knowledge, and I’m used to long walks and lots of animal love. I focus on making your animals feel comfortable and stable with me by sticking to routines and prioritizing their day to day needs! I also work from home, so I can be with your animals all day.

My pup loved having Lauren stay with him while I was out of town for work! She arrived on time (early, actually) and sent pictures and updates during her stay. My apartment was in great shape and Auggie was in great spirits when I got home. I'll definitely be booking with her again!
Lauren responded quickly and was available for a last minute booking that helped us a lot during a hectic time. After arriving home, our cat seemed well cared for and had plenty of company while we were away.

Schedule
I work full time from home, I wake up at 7 and finish work at 5, so we’d probably do a walk at 7, a walk at 11, and walk at 3 and a walk after work, plus one before bed. I am flexible in my hours and my personal activities, so I will make my time work around your pets!
