I have multiple part-time jobs that are flexible around my own schedule. During the school year I pick up jobs as a substitute teacher and the hours are usually 7- 3:30. If you message me I would be more than happy to find a time that works for the both of us!

About Lauren P.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in an apartment. Multiple times a day I take my dog outside for potty breaks. In the mornings and evenings we will either take a long walk or play in our fenced in dog park. I do not own a crate for my dog, but I have used them in the past.
Information Lauren P. would like to know about your pet
Every pet owner has a different set of needs. I try to ask as many questions as I can beforehand (during the meet and greet) but if I miss anything do not hesitate to reach out! I have my phone on me at all times and the only time you will be unable to reach me is when I’ve updated my rover calendar to reflect that I am unavailable.
A typical day
I’m a big proponent of making sure your animal feels comfortable with me before providing any care. I like meet and greets because it gives you, as an owner, a chance to see how I will be interacting with your baby. I love playing with your animals and will make sure that while you’re gone they feel both physically stimulated and emotionally secure! I also send lots of photos and a complete log of what your animal and I did together throughout the visit!

Pet care experience
I have been our neighborhood, friends, and family go-to pet sitter for as long as I can remember. I have taken care of a wide variety of pets including dogs, cats, birds, fish, hamsters, reptiles, chickens, and roosters. I have a rescue dog named Bernie, whom I have trained to become an ESA. I used to volunteer at the Humane Society and have a deep passion for caring for animals. If you chose to choose me as your petsitter I would love on your fur baby as if they were my own.

Reviews

The kitties loved her and it was super helpful! She was wonderful.

Lauren is amazing with our dog. She takes great care and spends a lot of time playing as well

Outstanding with communications, she provides the best updates! Takes such good care, is very helpful and goes above and beyond. Such a shining star and highly recommend her!!

Lauren was amazing! She really bonded with our cat Sabrina and always made the most of her time with her. She always found time to do daily maintenance, playtime, and cuddle time which we so appreciated. Would definitely book her again and thoroughly enjoyed her cheerful updates and photos!
