I am 32 and residing in Fairmount! I have 15 years experience taking care of other's pets and am a life long dog/cat owner. I have watched a variety of dogs from small puppies to larger dogs, as well as multiple at a time. I provide walks, feedings, boarding, overnight, and playtime care. I’m open to one time or consistent care! While I do not have any pets at this time, I do a 7 year old daughter who is super comfortable and used to dogs. I will ensure your dog is taken care of, fed, walked, and happy during each visit. References are available upon request. Bonus: I have a decent sized back yard!

Lauren was awesome. My dogs are usually very anxious. They barely greet us when we pick them up. They just want to get to the truck. That wasn’t the case with her. They were very comfortable with her and she was responsive and sent updates. Highly recommend.

For anyone out there, Lauren is a sweetheart and I can't thank her enough for taking care of my little guy. She had him for one night and the whole next day until almost 9 PM and he had a blast. I also know that for a fact because he's usually the one waking me up in the morning for work..not this morning! He's tuckered out and I know when he has had a fun and long day. Lauren took ultra good care of my little guy and as long as she's in Delaware, she will be the only person I want watching my little partner in crime. So for any prospective dog owners out there, think of her and know your dog(s) are in great hands.

Schedule
I currently have a very flexible schedule, so pet care fits easily into my daily or weekly routine. I’m open to both one-time and ongoing care and can be flexible with timing depending on the pet’s needs.

Safety, trust & environment
I’m comfortable caring for pets either in my home or in a client’s home. I have a decent-sized, unfenced backyard that gives pets plenty of space to get outside and play with proper guidance. I also have a 7-year-old who absolutely loves animals and would be excited to help give them attention and companionship. I’m attentive to each pet’s individual routine and needs and want them to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me.
A typical day
A typical day would include plenty of attention, playtime, and exercise based on each pet’s personality and routine. We could spend time playing in the backyard, going for walks, playing with their favorite toys, and getting lots of cuddles and attention. I’d also make sure they have plenty of downtime and stick to their normal feeding and bathroom schedule. My 7-year-old loves animals too, so there would be lots of extra love and companionship when she’s home!
