Hi! My name is Lauren, I’m originally from western Pennsylvania but have lived all over the US from Ohio, to Seattle, to Nashville and finally settling in Scottsdale about two years ago. I have been taking care of dogs since I was six years old, and have experience with all breeds and sizes. I grew up with a golden retriever and a Boston terrier, Chihuahua, pitbull mix. I dog sat all through college before moving and getting two dogs of my own! My experience and my boys Buddha and Luca have taught me more than I could imagine about caring for pets. I have experience with reactive animals, ones that need medication, and those that are anxious or have separation anxiety. I have a hybrid work schedule where I split my weeks 50/50 between home and in office. My workplace is in downtown Phoenix and when I go into the office, I am usually there from 7 to 3 but my schedule is relatively flexible. If I have advanced notice (a week before at least), I can try to adjust my work schedule to the days visits or walks are needed! I am typically available for drop in visits or dog walking as early as 5 AM and late as 9 PM. In the summer, I will not dog walk after 7 in the morning and before 8 at night. I aim to stick to your routine and guidance as much as possible. I know how stressful it can be for pets while you’re away, so I will try to maintain as much stability as I can and make them as comfortable as possible. I am very detail oriented and great at following directions, so I will discuss your expectations and goals with you in depth before agreeing to take care for your pet!

Lauren was absolutely amazing with our dog, Lady. She came to our house to meet us and get to know our pup before they spent the weekend together. She was warm and friendly and treated us like family. While we were away, she sent frequent updates and included pictures of Lady so we were confident that Lady was in good hands. I would recommend Lauren to everyone and would definitely book her again!

Lauren was amazing! She helped us out last minute to house sit and watch our 2 doodles. She was very responsive during communication and kept me updated while we were away. She has a sweet personality and really does love animals. Very reliable. We look forward to having Lauren help us with our dog sitting needs in the future.

Schedule
I have a hybrid work schedule with half of my days in office and half at home! I am available any time on the weekends and weekday before 7AM and after 3PM. If I have advanced notice (or happen to be working from home on the last minute requests), I can come by any point throughout the day!
