I am a lifelong animal lover who has lots of experience taking care of dogs and cats! I frequently care for the pets of traveling friends and am known to become best pals with them. I also have experience as a volunteer dog walker with Animal Rescue Rhode Island, and spent time playing with the cats there as well. I am a quick and attentive learner, and have administered medication to pets in the past as well.

I have a fenced in backyard and am very active. I am happy to take your pup on runs and walks (long or short!). There is also a dog park about ten minutes down the road from my home. I have a six-year-old energetic goldendoodle named Rubeus who is generally great with other dogs and would love to be best friends with your pup if interested!

Lauren is the type of pet sitter who goes above and beyond!!! It puts me at such ease having her watch my cat when I am away!! She provided thorough updates, photos and gave my cat the VIP treatment!! We couldn't recommend her enough!!!
Lauren, you are so loved by my two Rottweilers. You are inventive in taking them on special jaunts and playing with them. They were relaxed and clean and happy when I got back after my 7 day break. The medicine was given properly and the small amount of treats as well. Lots of exercise and play and wild birds fed as well. Terrific
I feel like I won the lottery with Lauren as a cat sitter!!! She went above and beyond to take care of my kitty Glinda while I was on vacation. We had a huge snowstorm which created additional hurdles to her getting to my house but she reassured me that she would make it work and be there for Glinda!!! I got consistent photos and she left the house clean!! I would recommend her time and time again.
Lauren has a real sensitivity for dogs. She listens and watches their moods with precision. She gave me several new ideas about my two Rottweilers after living with them for a week. They got plenty of exercise, which is hard to give two 90 lb dogs, who are each different and with different needs. When I returned they were delighted to see me and sad to se her go.
Lauren is terrific in every way. Punctual, responsible, detailed, observant and most of all, she adores dogs. We have used her for both drop in visits and a week-long pet sitting engagement at our home. You can’t beat her services. She is pet sitter extraordinaire.
Extraordinary as always…Lauren is meticulous with her care. We are so grateful to have her taking care of our dog, Fred.

Schedule
I work full time in Providence from Monday through Friday, so am only available for evening drop-in visits or walks on weekdays. However, my weekends are fully open for care as needed. I am also available for house-sitting, so long as during the week your pets are able to be alone for 8-9 hours or you are able to make arrangements for midday visits from another sitter!
