I’ve worked in the pet care industry for over 10 years, starting here on Rover and growing into roles such as Animal Care Technician, Dog Trainer & Director of Operations at a rural animal rescue in Tennessee. Im back in California offering my services as a Dog Walker, Trainer and Hiker while I go to school part time to gain a degree in Social Work with a focus on Animal Assisted Therapy. I have experience with timid rescue dogs as well as those who have behavioral issues like leash or dog reactivity. Have more than one pup? No worries! I can handle multiple dogs at once and have taken classes on proper handling as well.

I unfortunately no longer offer pet sitting as one of my services due to having my own dog selective rescue pup. If you have a dog that has behavioral issues and are having difficulty finding a caretaker, I can take on the daily walks, but not the overnight care.

Lauren was amazing! I needed someone to watch our puppy on a very short notice (same day) for overnight. She came by and met Pepper and took great care of her. It was wonderful to be able to keep our puppy at home instead of a kennel. I would highly recommend her!
Lauren was attentive to our Lucy baby. She kept us updated with photos and comments from her daily check ins. Will definitely rebook Lauren for future drop ins ! ?
Although we only hired Lauren for daily dog walking for a week I was out of town, we got the added bonus of dog training! I don’t know now she did it, but the dogs are much better behaved on the leash now and less aggressive around other dogs. Highly recommend and will definitely hirer her again.
We were so pleased with Lauren! Thank you for taking such incredible care of Poppy. We loved the daily updates, photos and the extra care you provided our sweet, furry animal. We’ll definitely be rebooking in the near future.
