I recently have had updates to my availability. I work for Trader Joe’s as well as pet sitting. There are parts of the day I will be at work and may see other clients. If we are doing a sitting pets that can’t go 8 hours some days are not the best fit. When doing overnights you can ensure I will be there all night. If I take on a client I am sure that needs of all are met including myself. I will be stepping back from the volume of clients I take to ensure quality care.

I am in a 2 bedroom apartment with a yard. I have a small crate or space to put up a larger one if provided. I am within a community that has miles of beautiful trail and shade to go on walks. Plus 2 dogs and a cat for extra company. However I am not accepting boardings at this time. Thank you for understanding.

A typical day
We will go on walks, play in the back yard, lots love and cuddles, or anything particular that your pet might enjoy or does with you let me know. I typically avoid socialization or off leash if not in the pet owners home for safety unless otherwise discussed. It’s not your dog but other dogs triggers and behaviors I am concerned about and again safety is my top priority.

Pet care experience
Comfortable with all kind of animals. I have personal experience as a volunteer and pet owner. Also, as of 2026, grown over a decade of experience sitting through apps and my private clients. I volunteered a couple years on a farm helping care for horses, goats, and two dogs but have worked with rescues and animal shelters in the past. I stay active backpacking, hiking and managing 4 kids and pets of my own. I’m a huge animal lover. I’ll treat your pet like they were my own. We had a great experience with Lauren! She was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about our cat’s well-being. We got daily updates and photos, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Thea can be a bit shy, but Lauren took the time to build trust and make sure everything was taken care of. We came home to a happy, relaxed kitty and everything in perfect order. I already booked Lauren for our next trip!
