I’m a nurse so I typically work longer hours and less days, therefore more days off to hang with your fur babies. Because my schedule isn’t exactly the same each week, my availability changes.

It is of utmost importance to me that you feel safe and comfortable with me caring for your baby. By providing me enough information about your pets temperament, likes/dislikes and needs, I can take full advantage of my time with them to get the most out of our visit.
A typical day
Ideally I’d love to engage your pet in activities you tell me they love. I’m outside walking a ton and would be happy to have your companion with me. There are plenty of dog parks to play fetch and engage with other dogs (if requested). I’m happy to accommodate the needs of your pets activity requirements and your requests.

Pet care experience
I was raised with animals my whole life. As a nurse, I love being able to care for my patients at work, but being around animals truly brings me joy. With a dream to work with animals that didn’t come to fruition, I can’t imagine a better way to spend my time on my days off. I currently have two kitties of my own and two golden retrievers at my family home. I’m comfortable with all breeds and sizes and have experience dog/cat sitting for several friends and family.

Lauren was great!! My cat seemed to like her, too! That’s not always the case but Rover people are animal people and they know. I’m so happy she was here.
This was our first time using a pet sitter, and we were very pleased with Lauren’s work. Our cat received all the necessary care and was well looked after. We highly recommend her.
