Experienced Dog Owners
My husband and I are HUGE animal lovers! We currently reside in a second floor apartment in Somerville. We’ve had dogs our whole lives so we’re very familiar with walks, runs, feedings, and administering oral medications. We have two miniature poodles. We rescued our babies from Shanghai, China while we were living abroad. They are usually very friendly with other dogs, but can be intimidated by large dogs or dogs with a lot of energy. They can be a little feisty and bark at first, but eventually warm up. We prefer to have non-shedding and potty trained dogs in our home.

Lauren and Thomas took wonderful care of Winnie! Communication was excellent - we loved all of the photos and videos of adventures while we were gone. She clearly had a great time, and we felt great knowing she was safe and getting lots of walks and cuddles.
Lauren and Tommy were awesome with my little Griffin. They spent a lot of time at a meet and greet a few weeks in advance and were completely responsive at all times. Communication and photos were much appreciated and they took excellent care. My dog was happy and so were we. We hope to be repeat customers

Schedule
My husband works from home. We take our girls out three to four times per day. We can do short or long walks depending on you and your dog's preference. We have a few dog parks nearby and have two cars to transport your dog(s). I work M-F 8am to 4:30pm and Tommy is home the entire day M-F and rarely leaves our apartment during this time.

Your dog(s) will be entertained by toys, treats, and lots of attention, and nap or rest comfortably while in my home. Currently we do not have a crate, but have space to use one if transported here.

A typical day
My husband and I can do two to three walks per day. The dogs will always be on a leash with my husband or myself there to prevent any runners.

- When you drop off your fur baby for his/her visit, it would be super helpful to know a breakdown of your schedule, any requirements/rules, and any medications that would need to be administered. We want to keep your dog on as close a schedule as to what he/she is used to at home.
