Dependable, engaging, vegan!
Credible, part-time pet nanny with an adventurous spirit and lots of availability to be your pet's new best friend! I've been vegan for 7 years, operating a small homestead with farm animals prior to that, volunteering at a local animal sanctuary occasionally, and companion-sitting for friends and family for the past year. I spent years on a farm caring for cats, dogs, chickens, rabbits, and cows. My career allows the flexibility to be present when I'm needed and prioritize yours and your pets' schedule. I have a 9 year old boxer/lab mix named Marble who is an extremely well-mannered old gal and tends to teach younger canines mellow behaviors by leading by example. She can come out and help me wear your pups out, or be super content at home while we play! I also have lots of knowledge of aquariums and fish if you happen to have one that needs maintenance while you're away. Comfortable befriending and caring for all breeds, species, ages, and energy levels! I have fancy goldfish, have had barn cats, house cats, and RV-living cats on harnesses, and dogs of all varieties. I can't wait to become a friend to your fur family.

I have a secure fully fenced yard and all the attention capacity to keep alert eyes on your pet. I have tons of experience working with behaviorally challenged, reactive, and escape artist dogs. I know dog CPR and follow standard trained safety protocol for walks, to prevent escapes from the house/yard, and with food/toys/choking hazards.

You can’t do any better. End statement, she’s the best. I had an emergency trip I could cancel or reschedule. Lauren stepped in super last minute, sent tons of pictures of super happy puppies/kitties. She even saved my kitties that I spaced and I accidentally shut the door to the bedroom locking them inside 🙄. Hero, right here, hire her!

Schedule
I work part time a few set afternoons per week, but I'm otherwise completely available. Willing to make your pets care part of my daily routine as if they were my own!
