My services are dedicated solely to summer and the Christmas season, as I am currently a college student and can only pet sit when I am at home for extended periods of time. Throughout most of the year, as of now, I am unavailable because I'm in college in Newport News, but keep me in mind for the hotter days and holidays!!!

Depending on your pets' needs, I'm willing to split my time between caring for them and making sure their environment is perfect for them to thrive. I regularly check to make sure they have enough food and will set alarms for any designated meal times, as well as regularly keep track of any notable events that you might want to hear about. However, given that every pet and every home is different, I'm willing and able to care for your pets in any way you see fit!

A typical day
I am generally a low-energy sitter. I prefer cuddles and naps with pets, and often like hugging them close while I draw or write (both of which I do a lot while petsitting). That said, I may be a little more on the calm and low energy side, but a little exercise and play has never hurt anyone! I can play fetch and run around to your pet's content, and play with all the toys they might like... and know when to take the toys away! If you have a dog, more often than not I'll give them treats and try to teach them tiny little tricks.

I've been surrounded by pets all my life, and helping take care of them since I was 3. I'm most experienced with cats and dogs of ages ranging from a few weeks old to end-of-life, and have consistent experience with cleaning accidents, brushing, bathing, and special dietary or medicinal needs. I'd love to meet your pets and help take care of them for any reason, so you can be happy and they can be happy!

We hired Lauren to watch our two dogs for the week and she was amazing. Her communication was excellent and she took excellent care of our dogs.
