I rescued my dog, Luna, 8 years ago - when she was younger, she spent one night in a boarding kennel and absolutely hated it. I understand how other dogs could feel this way, and how dog moms/dads would prefer to find their dogs a home away from home. I offer boarding and doggy daycare in my home, located a few minutes south of town, which is on 2+ acres (unfenced). My husband and I both work full-time from home so your dog will never be left at home alone. Luna would also appreciate having a friend around :) I've had dogs since I was a child (lab x shepherds) and have looked after family and friends dogs, from bullies to a great pyrenees, over the past few years! I can assure you that I will always do my best to make your dogs feel loved, safe and happy until your return.

Lauren took amazing care of Noodles during our three-day trip to Lake O’Hara, and we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such loving hands. Her dog Luna is the sweetest little cutie, and Noodles absolutely loved hanging with her. We came back to one very happy pup! Lauren was incredibly thoughtful and sent lots of updates and cute pictures of Noodles. We’d book her again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend her enough.
Lauren and Lucas took amazing care of our Nalu. Lots of pics were sent and he got lots of love and outdoor exercise with their dog Luna! Highly recommend and would gladly have Nalu visit again. Thank you Lauren and Lucas for your kind care!
Lauren was very accommodating. We were a little unsure of our hours and she was very easy to reschedule. She sent us a lot of beautiful photos of our puppy and had to give him eye medication. I felt like he was in such great hands and I think he even had a really good time meeting their dog Luna.

Schedule
My schedule is very flexible, working from home. I am available both weekdays and weekends for boarding and doggy daycare, and have flexibility around drop-off and pick-up times.

Safety, trust & environment
Myself and my husband both currently work from home, have no kids and do not smoke. We have one dog named Luna who is 25 lbs and half Staffordshire terrier, half chihuahua. A meet & greet is important to have before any booking - this is especially to see if our dogs get along! Your dog's personal needs will be respected and catered to when they are under my care.

A typical day
Your dog will have walks, activity and attention to keep them mentally stimulated while staying with me. I often take pictures to send to families for daily updates :)
