I provide dog walking and pet sitting services based in Jenkintown and surrounding areas. I have years of pet care experience and aim to provide professional, reliable, and flexible pet care with a focus on safety and compassion. Currently, I am only available for walks and visits on weekends and weeknights between 7-10pm. Would also love to provide care for your cats while you're our of town! I always do a meet and greet before starting services so keep that in mind, I cannot accommodate last minute requests. Growing up in rural Southern Maryland, Lauren has had all sorts of pets, from cats and dogs, to ducks, lizards, and rabbits. Living in the Greater Philadelphia area in the past 17 years, they have been the go-to pet sitter for friends and have been walking and sitting professionally for years, and is no stranger to the urban and suburban environment. Lauren enjoys working with all breeds and personality of pups, large and small, old or young.

Safety, trust & environment
The type of visit and your dog's needs will determine what happens during the visit or walk, but overall I aim for fun, exercise, and connection with your pet, with a focus on safety and compassion. A walk typically moves quickly outside after leashing up to enjoy our stroll and to potty. After the walk I'll make sure they have water or any food and treats they might require. Hopefully we have time for some belly scritches and tug too.

Lauren watched our home & our 4 pets for a week and took great care of everyone. She sent frequent updates and was even able to handle our skittish, terrified youngest cat Bubbie. We will definitely be requesting her again!

Schedule
Pet care used to be my full time job, but now I am only available for nights and weekends with advance notice. If house sitting is needed I will only be available to accommodate early morning (before 7am) and evening walks, in addition to overnight care.
