Pet care experience
I have taken care of various different kinds of animals my entire life. I currently have a couple of kittens, and about 25 chickens. I casually watch dogs for friends when they are out of town, but I would like to make it a more regular gig.

Lauren and her family were phenomenal with our little Kilak. He’s a baby and she went above and beyond to make sure he wanted for nothing. He is a young pup and as we all know very needy. But never once did she get frustrated or fed up with him. She was all love and compassion. He was a very happy boy with her and her kiddos! In fact they were so good with him we’ve booked our next two vacations with them. If you’re looking for someone who gives more love than anyone else I’ve ever met, Lauren is it. I couldn’t have done it without her. The best part is she sends photos and updates regularly. This family is full of fun, love, and happiness and it shows in the babies they care for. Thank you so much for being amazing and going above and beyond for our baby!
Lauren was great with my 2 high energy dogs they loved them like their own and sent pictures throughout the day. I’ll be sending them back without any worries.!
Lauren was amazing with my dog over the weekend. Sent several updates and pictures. He seemed to really enjoy his stay with her and her family.
Lauren is someone that goes above and beyond when she is caring for any animal. She extends love, compassion, and understanding so any animal she is caring for and she includes them as part of her family while she is caring for them. I have never felt more at ease than when my pups were watched over by Lauren. Her compassionate and loving heart creates the perfect environment for any pet to be cared for. I cannot express my gratitude for her enough. I am beyond thankful to have found someone to extend the same love and thoughtfulness to my pups that I do on a daily basis. She’s the best, my dogs would back me up on this statement!

I do not have a fenced yard, but dogs are not allowed out of the house unless they are leashed or have a collar. Dogs in our care are played with, loved on, and walked frequently if needed. We love hikes and adventures and love when the dogs we are watching love them too.

A typical day
We have a stash of beds, treats and toys for our visitors. My kids love walking, playing and caring for all of the animals that stay with us.

Availability
I do most of my work from home, but if I do need to go into work, my job is pet friendly. My kids are getting older and are asking for a dog, pet sitting is a great alternative for them. They learn the responsibilities of animal care and get all the perks of having a dog, without having a dog full time.
