PT student and animal lover!
Hi all! My name is Lauren and I am a physical therapy student at Simmons University. Even with my studies, I have plenty of time to take care of your beloved pets! I have grown up in Massachusetts and have been surrounded by animals my whole life, specifically 3 dogs; two mutts and a Bichon! While at school, I am not allowed to have pets in my room so I am missing quality animal time. I have 10+ years of experience house and pet sitting for neighbors and have grown accustom to taking care of cats as well. I want to make sure all pets feel loved and cared for, even if their owners are away. I love to give plenty of treats (if I am able to) and love to give belly rubs! I am always down for a walk or trip to the dog park, but I don't mind spending time on the couch giving back scratches either! I am outgoing and personable so connecting with your animal should not be a problem! I know some animals can be shy when meeting strangers for the first time, so I approach them more gently and allow them to take their time to open up to me. Additionally, I have walked dogs for many years and I am sure to keep a strong grip on leashes since I've has some pullers before! I am energetic and look forward to visiting your pets or taking them for a stroll!

Lauren stayed at our house for over two weeks while we were out of the country, taking care of our dog and cat. She took care of everything as we’d hoped. Lauren had to take our dog, Nellie, to emergency services and handled it all very responsibly. We have great confidence in her - and highly recommend her!

Schedule
I am currently in classes and working at a gym so my schedule can get pretty busy! With that being said though, taking care of pets is a much needed break and is quality time that I cherish. I am pretty flexible with some notice given ahead of time! I am organized, timely, and responsible for any tasks that I have on deck.
