Hello, I’m Lauren! I’ve been around dogs quite literally my whole life. My family raised Dobermans for show, and I’ve personally raised and trained two incredible male German Shepherds over the past 15 years. Since 2014, I’ve provided private dog boarding and training in both Australia and California. My background includes working with puppies, active/working breeds, senior dogs with health ailments and dogs with specific training needs. I bring calm confidence, consistency, and deep respect for every dog’s personality and comfort level. I’m a firm believer in meeting them where they’re already at and letting them pace the speed from there.

This was my first time having ANYONE watch Coco for longer than a couple of hours. From the first message, to the drop off, to the pick up, Lauren made the entire process painless. She was sooo sweet and truly took care of my baby like she was one of her own. I received lots of updates and pictures, which eased my mind. This was the first time hving Lauren watch Coco, but it wont be the last. Thank you Lauren !

Lauren was very nice to our dog Oliver , she was sending us pictures and sharing stories everyday . We can see how happy he was with her and her family . We will have Lauren taking care of our Oliver again .

Programa
I work from home full time, which allows me to give your dog plenty of attention, routine, and companionship throughout the day. Your pet won’t be left alone and will receive regular walks, breaks, playtime, and affection woven naturally into our daily rhythm.

I provide care from my clean, pet-friendly home where your dog will feel safe, seen, and loved. I don’t currently have pets of my own, so yours will get my full attention. I only accept one dog at a time or multiple dogs from the same home. I live with my almost 3-year-old daughter who has been taught to respect, be cautious and gently interact with animals after she has been approached by them and knows them. She is remarkably attuned to their body language and boundaries. We’re located in a safe, quiet community with grass covered dog-walking paths shaded by oak trees. Our large screened-in patio is a great place for dogs to relax, play, or just soak up the sights and sun. I honor your dog’s rules from home; whether they’re allowed on furniture or need scheduled crate time. I use washable covers and keep a tidy, sanitized space. When your dog stays with us, they’ll be treated like family. I look forward to giving them the same love and care you do when you’re with them!

I love engaging pets with stimulating activities like fetch, tug-of-war, puzzle toys, and nature walks. We'll also enjoy cuddle time, enrichment games, and plenty of play tailored to their energy level and personality.
