I’m a former foster mom of 6 years, but eventually had to stop because I kept turning my fosters into permanent family members! I love spending my free time volunteering with local animal shelters and rescue organizations, and I currently volunteer with Forgotten Cats in Jenkintown. I have experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, from newborns to seniors, including animals with special needs. I’m patient, attentive, and always happy to give a pet a little extra love and attention wherever they may need it.

I could tell from the first moments of our Meet & Greet that Lauren and Sona were going to be fast friends. Lauren got down and showed affection to her, and Sona responded eagerly. Lauren communicates well and is prompt and reliable. I feel lucky to have her!
Rip gets anxious when he’s alone and needs some time to come out of his shell before he goes on his walk. Lauren was a pro and gave him the space and time he needed to be ready for his walk. Rip would love to see Lauren again.

Lauren has been around dogs her entire life. We as a family always had a dog, all of them were rescues, and never the same breed twice. So she's familiar with all different breeds and sizes. She has volunteered at Cat Shelters and the SPCA and fostered 3 kitties that she ended up adopting. 2 were kittens and sick at the time and required daily medications, the 3rd was a full-grown stray. The kittens grew up together and were the only cats in the house for over a year, when she introduced the 3rd cat it was challanging getting everyone acclimated, but it was a success. The adult cat has made incredible progress since Lauren became his owner, and has provided him a 2nd chance at life. All 3 are thriving. She is true animal lover and will take amazing care of your furbabies.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about Lauren when it comes to her love of animals. She is patient, loving, and genuine to her furry friends. She even goes as far as fostering several cats at her home while they wait for their forever homes. We adopted a cat from a shelter with feline leukemia and he was very scared and did not want to leave our laundry room for two days. Lauren was able to get him to come out of his shell and even stayed awake with him overnight when he was scared! You will not regret picking Lauren to take care of your precious babies!
Lauren is not only an exemplary person but is also a huge animal lover, fosters, and takes care of her own 3 cats better than any cat parent I have come across. There is no one I would be more confident in having watch my pet /take care of them while I myself cannot. Lauren is great.

Schedule
I’ve had animals of all types ever since I was a baby and have assumed numerous “babysitting” roles for my friends and family. I have 3 cats at home, all of which were fosters who I fell in love with and kept. I have to tend to their unique needs and tailor my caregiving based on those needs.
